Business Director Bill Carroll is in charge of The Municipal Economic Development Agency (MEDA), the economic and business development branch for the City of New Britain. The Chamber’s unique partnership with MEDA and the Downtown District allows all three organizations to work together to ensure that common goals and objectives are being met.

Chris works closely with businesses and entrepreneurs in Berlin who are looking to open a new location, expand or market their firm. He helps facilitate discussions between businesses and departments in Town including Planning & Zoning, the Building Department, Fire Marshall and Health District.
